Hi y'all! It's been a minute. I'm back with another affordable look and this time it's an artsy, cut-crease smokey eye!
Funny story surrounding the purchase of this palette but I wanted to use all the colours in it and push myself a bit.

When I first saw this palette I was pleasantly caught by the dark, blackened plum shade. As I stood staring and comparing all the palettes available, I realized that the plum shade was something I have been craving forever.
I would buy the palette for that shade alone to be honest, but I weighed n compared and this seemed like a good bet ... to start. This palette costs TT$10 at Pennywise (Trinidad).
As you can see from the swatches, they're pretty pigmented; albeit a little powdery, especially the lightest shades. The lighter and last two shades refused to cooperate with my camera's flash so I took pics without and the quality is crap but you get the basic idea ... right? It's a neon pink and neon aqua.
The previous pics of the actual palette are truer to colour.
On to the looks I created using the palette!
I used all the colours in the palette along with a couple others from my L.A.Colors Glam Palettes and another by Ruby Kisses.
For this look I used:
- NYX Proof It Waterproof Eyeshadow Primer
- MAC Cosmetics Paintpot - Layin' Low
- NYX Jumbo Eye Pencil - Milk
- L.A. Girl Endless Semi-Permanent Eye liner - Purple Fizz
- E.l.f. Sealer Liquid
- Jordana Best Lash Extreme Volumizing Mascara
- L.A. Colors Glam Palette 18 Color Eyeshadow Palette - Shady Lady (teal, shimmer white), Diva Glam (peachy highlight, matte white, shimmer dark plum), Downtown Brown (Dark plum)
- Ruby Kisses Luxe Color Eyeshadows - Zeon Blue and My Lady
I hope you liked this look and stay tuned for much more! I have so many plans for these palettes I have, including the others in this range. Stay safe and God Bless everyone!
