Back with another fun lip post. This time around I'll be sharing with you, TWO of my favourite Red Lip Recipes. Don't forget to Like and Share!

I know that finding a red lipstick to suit your skin tone can be a relatively daunting task but don't think of it that way. The key to pulling off a beautiful red lip is "perfect" or done skin and a shade that compliments or contrasts your skin tone in a way that you like.

For the first Lip Look I used:

Arabic/Asian Bridal Inspired: Coraline Paradise

Here's another look for you guys! I've done and attempted Arabic Makeup before, some intentional, some not so much. This however is intentional as I was practising my Asian Bridal Makeup Skills.

Didn't want to do the traditional gold/bronze with red/pink and black. So, I opted for blue, pink and white as well as a double wing. Hope you enjoy the pics. There will be more looks like this of course.

Berry Breezy for the Summer

Here with a new bright and colourful smokey eye look for y'all! This isn't a look I typically do, surprisingly but I wanted to step out of my comfort zone and try something new. Wanted to brush up on application skills too, so this was reassurance that I can actually do and pull off this kinda look. 'Cuz I'd whip this onto a client if needed but on myself I wouldn't lol.

Brow & Foundation Routine [Oily Skin; Point-Specific Dewiness]

Posted a question in Caribbean Makeup Lovers FB Group about what vids a beginner may want to see with regard to makeup. One of the replies was Foundation application and the other was a brow tutorial.

Let me say this, I have oily but dehydrated skin and this is one of the ways I prefer to do MY foundation. This may not be/work for everyone or be everyone's style. It is mine. Feel free to give it a go and see how it goes for you, keeping your skin type and complexion in mind.

A little background,

"Arlene Villarule is a local MUA in Trinidad & Tobago who has her own makeup line. She has been and worked internationally and has been trained under the Giorgio Armani line of cosmetics. For more info on her and her background and particulars, click HERE!"

As you can see, the packaging is a very simple black housing for a single eye-shadow. The housing snaps shut at the front and the cover is a black sticker with her name and logo in white font. The  shadow inside is removable.

Meh Wanty! ... Wishlist Ep. 1

I think it's only once I've ever voiced the fact that there were certain products I wanted and within a certain time frame, on social media; namely, my Facebook Makeup Page.

I was just going through my Bloglovin feed and saw a Nikkie Tutorials Wishlist post and thought "Why the heck not"?!

So as my very first wishlist post, putting it out there and declaring that by the Grace of God I'll have them or something better at a point very soon, I'll try to keep this to 10 items or under. ... To start with.

This look was inspired by a face chart done by ValerieVixenArt on Instagram. I initially saw Linda Hallberg's and DepecheGurl's recreation of it back to back and then I saw Valerie's face chart.
