Tutorial: Pacifique

Hi guys, coming to you with a very simple step tutorial that was inspired by Hanna Majava and Dixie Wolff on Instagram. I absolutely love their work and I'd never tried anything like it before (.. surprisingly).
In my attempt to challenge myself, this is the look I created:

For my first attempt at this sort of look, I personally quite like the outcome.

What you'll need:

  1. Eye shadow Primer
  2. Eye shadow Base
  3. White eye liner
  4. Blue eye liner
  5. Two shades of blue eye shadow; one light one dark/mid-tone
  6. Black liquid/gel liner
  7. Mascara
Here are the steps:

Step 1:
Apply your primer, base and white liner as shown in the pic labelled step 1.

Step 2:
Apply blue liner as shown in the pic labelled Step 1 and blend lightly for even application. Keep the white liner as crisp and clean as possible. Perfect the shape, don't mess it up.

Step 3:
Apply the dark/medium blue over where the blue liner was placed and the lighter shade over the inner part of the mobile lid as shown. Blend edges of shadows, as well as where they meet. Apply that darker blue on the lower lash line 2/3 of the way and the lighter blue shade on the inner lower lash line and tear duct area. Apply a white shadow over the white liner to set. Apply the blue eye liner to the lower waterline and black liner to the top lash line with a wing that coincides with the shape of the shadows applied.

Step 4:
Finally, apply brow bone highlight if you so wish, apply mascara and VOILA! Done!

You can vary the colours if you so wish. This look takes a bit more time than a normal eye shadow look but it is a practise in precision, application, blending and patience. Well worth it in the end I think!

Stay safe wherever you are loves! God Bless!

xOXO,
Loli
