`*~ Violeta Fresca ~*`

Hello again! Here to post another feature of mine from cutoutandkeep.net.

A little background,
"I was contacted on April 28th 2014 on Twitter by someone on CO+K saying they'd love to feature me on their site as a beauty superstar. After verifying that it wasn't spam I gladly obliged! I was informed that it would be a week long feature, a different makeup look for each day for 7 days. An interview questionnaire was also sent to me while we conversed over emails. Cat was very friendly and helpful during this time as well. My first feature goes/went live as of July 7th 2014, a link to the site is posted below."

This is the look we'll be creating today:

You'll need:

  1. Eye shadow Primer
  2. Eye shadow Base (light)
  3. Reddish-brown eye shadow (matte)
  4. Cobalt/Sapphire Blue Pencil Liner
  5. Cobalt/Sapphire Blue Eye shadow (matte)
  6. Medium Lavender/Violet Eye shadow (satin or matte)
  7. Frosty Salmon Eye shadow
  8. Burnt Orange Eye shadow (matte)
  9. Black Eye shadow (matte)
  10. Frosty Seafoam Green Eye shadow
  11. Vanilla/Skintone Eye shadow (matte)
  12. Black liquid/gel liner
  13. Black mascara

Step 1:
Prime the lid. Add eye shadow base on mobile eyelid up to crease area. Blend a warm reddish brown eye shadow onto the crease, this will be  your transition colour.

Steps 2 & 3:
Apply cobalt/sapphire blue pencil liner to the outer third of the eyelid, keep below the crease. Blend lightly into the crease and toward the center of the  eyelid.

Steps 4 & 5:
Apply a matching eye shadow over the blue liner and blend well as in step 3. Apply a medium lavender/violet shadow directly next to the blue shadow on the center of the lid. Blend where the shadows meet and the edges of the eye shadow.

Step 6:
Apply salmon coloured eye shadow to the inner third of the lid and blend all eye shadows well at the edges and where they meet.

Steps 7 & 8:
Apply a burnt orange eye shadow just above the blue in the crease and blend where both shadows meet. Then add some black shadow to the "outer v" of the eye lid only. Apply a vanilla shade on the brow bone and blend well.

Step 9:
Apply the same cobalt/sapphire blue shadow to the outer two thirds of the lower lashline and wing it out to meet up with the edge of the shadow on the upper eyelid. Apply a frosty seafoam green to the tear duct area and blend well with shadows on upper and lower eye. Apply your black liquid/gel liner, wing is optional.

Step 10:
Blend all shadows. Touch up anything that you feel needs to be touched up. Apply same blue/cobalt pencil liner to the lower waterline. Apply mascara and VOILA!!!!
